Cam4 is a site that is very similar to Chaturbate, which is probably why I have loved working for them for as long as I have. Of course, it did take me awhile to find a site like this one, and that is simply because there really are not that many sites out there that are as great as this one or Chaturbate.
Cam4: STARTING OUT
When you are first starting out as a Cam4 model, you are going to want to make sure that you have everything that you need. This means spending a little bit of money to make A LOT of money. Personally, I have spent around $5,000 on my studio, toys, and outfits so far. However, you do not have to spend this much money outright. At first you will probably spend around $1,000 though if you want to do any good (it helps if you already have the equipment and outfits, if you did you could probably spend around $100 and be good).
You are going to spend around $200 to $300 on an HD webcam that is worthwhile. You are going to want a cam that can do multiple things, such as provide lighting elements that help make your room look like a studio (even though the actually lighting found in studios is quite expensive). Then you are also going to want a cam that is basically of high quality.
You are then going to want to buy a laptop (if you donate already have one) that can be used for streaming, storing lots of videos, pictures, and have multiple tabs open at once. I would go with a google chromebook (around $200), these are extremely fast, and you can save everything to drive.
After all of that it is all about toys, outfits, and studio design. The amount you are looking to spend is going to determine how good you get set up in the beginning. I would spend at least $1,000 at first to get started, and then after a couple paydays spend more.
Cam4: SHOWS
Cam4 has public shows (free chat, tip based), private shows, spy shows, and group shows. All of these shows are great ways to earn money. I personally find that the public shows are where I Â make the most money, but I do the private shows just to keep my users happy and coming back.
FAN CLUB
Yes, with Cam4 models can set up a Fan Club. This club has a membership fee of $4.95 per month, and offers special benefits to members. This is a great way to make more money on the side.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Cam4 is a lot like Chaturbate, without the bots, but they have a Fan Club feature that Chaturbate does not. All in all, I find their site to be a great way to make money, and while it may not feature bots, it still makes good in other way
